2 OUR MISSION The Domestic Violence and Rape Crisis Center of Scotland County educates our community about domestic violence and sexual assault, prevents future occurrences, and empowers survivors and their families to rebuild their lives. 3 OUR VISION OUR VISION We will increase the number of survivors identified and served while being recognized by other agencies and community leadership as the area expert in the field of domestic violence and sexual assault by the end of 2008.
