THE TIME MAGAZINE NAMED IT "THE 2001 BUILDING OF THE YEAR". THE GULL-LIKE WINGS CAN BE RAISED OR LOWERED TO LET THE SUNLIGHT IN. THE ART COLLECTION IS ALSO VERY IMPRESSIVE. I PERSONALLY FELL IN LOVE WITH THE BUILDING.
