Printing: Your printer might not print the same way our printers do, so make sure to try a couple of test prints. If things aren’t aligning quite right, experiment with the Scale to Fit Paper setting. It’s located in the Print dialog – just click Full Page Slides to get to it. And did you notice we made fold marks for you? They are really light, but if you don’t like them showing on your brochure, click View, Slide Master, and delete them before you print. Customizing the Content: The placeholders in this brochure are formatted for you. If you want to add or remove bullet points from text, just click the Bullets button on the Home tab. If you need more placeholders for titles, subtitles or body text, just make a copy of what you need and drag it into place. PowerPoint’s Smart Guides will help you align it with everything else. Want to use your own pictures instead of ours? No problem! Just click a picture, press the Delete key, then click the icon to add your picture. If you replace a photo with your own and it’s not a flawless fit for the space, you can crop it to fit in almost no time. Just select the picture and then, on the Picture tools Format tab, in the Size group, click Crop. Using simple exercises, children will learn the basics of skating at their own pace. Our experienced coaches use each child’s individual skills and abilities to implement in the lesson which helps create a trust on the ice between the coaches and students. Considering the diversities in every child & the encouragement from our volunteers, we ensure a comfortable, fun environment for children in our Adaptive Skating Sessions. HELMET REQUIRED Implementing the exercises for our Adaptive Skating Sessions, in Learn to Play, each child will have the guidance and instruction to learn the basics on playing hockey. These sessions use fun and easy exercises to help aspiring hockey players skate with a stick, use the stick during drills, and learn to pass the puck. Children should already be able to get around on the ice with minimum assistance before entering Learn to Play. *Helmet & Equipment Required* On the Blackstone Valley Bobcats Team children will learn different hockey drills, stick and puck techniques. Work on multitasking, team work, sportsmanship, and rules of hockey. With visual examples, children will carry out each drill with help and encouragement of our coaches. Fun, No Pressure, Scrimmages will be played with local special hockey teams in our community. Each child is required to have basic skating skills. *Hockey Equipment and helmet with a cage Required*
