Documentation Provide originals PLUS ONE PHOTOCOPY Passport photographs (with name & GMC number on back) Passport* Proof of entitlement to work in the UK (if required) Portfolio (including Portfolio Checklist) GMC certificate from ‘My GMC’ Proof of licence to practice. Primary qualification certificate Post-graduate qualification certificate (where applicable) ‘Other’ qualifications (where applicable) Evidence of English Language skill (IELTS or equivalent if required) Proof of Foundation Competences ** (FACD 5.1/5.2, letter confirming on track to complete F2 or alternative certificate) Proof of address

Interview format 40 minutes: 3 x 10 minute stations –A Management –B Portfolio –C Clinical scenarios Up to 3 minutes break between stations

Management Station 2 scenarios 5 minutes each Both presented within the station –Difficult scenarios –Clinical governance –Risk identification/management

Portfolio Station Presentation & organisational skills –Portfolio Checklist MUST evidence all achievements/qualifications made on application form –Failure/inability to evidence, may be treated as probity issue with GMC Evidence of how you fulfill personal specification
