Travel Arrangements Friday 16 th December – Outbound Journey  Pupils arrive at school car park at 5.30am  Coach leaves promptly at 5.45am  Coach to Dover via motorway  Channel crossing with P&O Ferries  Coach to Cologne via motorway  (stops throughout journey for refreshments)  Arrival at hotel for evening meal

40. Pocket Money  Recommended €20  For buying souvenirs, gifts, snacks etc.  Pupils will be responsible for their own money during the trip

41. Medication  Please label clearly with child’s name, dosage and when it should be taken  Can be handed to group leader on Friday morning for safe-keeping  Please see or contact Mr Dearden if this is the case

42. Passports  All pupil passports will be looked after by a member of staff during the trip  A photocopy of each passport will be made prior to the trip as a form of ID for pupils to carry at all times  They will be returned when we return to school on Sunday 18 th December

43. EHIC Card  The European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) allows you to access state- provided healthcare at a reduced cost or sometimes free of charge  Would be treated on the same basis as a resident of Germany  They will be returned when we return to school on Sunday 18 th December
