www.toastmasters.org Membership building in our clubs Competition in the club to not only bring a guest but to get them to sign up as a member – prize for winner. Place posters in high traffic areas (ie. Coffee station, photocopy stations). Put a box of Tim Bits by your poster to get passersby to stop for a minute and read the poster. Have food at one of your Toastmaster meetings (as food is a draw). Division C – aDDVANCe Team

DD D Club Rescue/ Club Coaches 1. Club Rescue: D28 Dialogue Toastmaster: received assistance from the District on this. 2. Club coaches are actively working on clubs with low membership to bring up the membership level.

Division J Update Membership Building – Three clubs have not had new members, area governors in contact with the clubs – Club coaches have been assigned, Advisor has been working with one club – Maintaining contact with clubs affected by economic decline (layoffs) Paid Clubs, April 1 st, 34, April 7 th, 36 Governor Reports (Spring): 11, plans to completed by May 8th
