“O how I love Thy law! it is my meditation all the day. Thou through Thy commandments hast made me wiser than mine enemies: for they are ever with me. I have more understanding than all my teachers: for Thy testimonies are my meditation. I understand more than the ancients, because I keep Thy precepts.” Psalm 119:97-100 Treasures of Loving God’s Word

Sheep’s 4-Stomach Digestive System
16
(1) (4) (3) (2) Sheep eat large amounts of grass, including sticks, stones, etc. It enters into the 1 st Stomach [Rumen] until sheep is done eating. When undigestible food is removed, the remaining food passes into the 2 nd Stomach [Reticulum]. Here it becomes CUD. After the Cud has been chewed to very fine pieces, it then passes on to the 3 rd Stomach [Omasum] where the bacteria and protozoa break down the cellulose. After the cellulose has been broken down, it then passes to the 4 th Stomach [Abomasum] where the digestive juices begin the final process.

Five “Feeding Habits” of Sheep 5. Sheep need a balance between eating and exercise. “... and exercise thyself rather unto godliness. For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.” (1 Timothy 4:7-8) “Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.” (Philippians 2:12-13)
