Low income parents are more likely to have a dirty house which disease is more likely to spread than a high income parent where the house is tidy. Youth are most likely to spend most of there time at home so housing environment is important to a youth’s health. With a dirty house you are more likely to be exposed to toxics, irritants and allergens which can lead to disease.
