1. Enter the Address http://eprocure.isro.gov.in

2. Click on Login after filling your User Id

3. Click on Select Certificate

4. Click on OK

5. Click on CENTRES/UNITS

6. Click on the appropriate Centre

7. Select the Tender Search option

8. Click on Search

9. Click on the ‘Tender No’ link in which you are participating

10. Scroll Down

11. Click on Download Tender Document

12. Click on Proceed

13. Click on Go

14. Click on Download Tender Document

15. Click on Save

16. Save the Tender Document on your System

17. Click on Open to open the Tender Document

18. Tender Document view

19. Likewise Download Supporting Docs and click on Done to Complete the stage

20. With this you have completed the Tender Download stage
