SUMMARY; Clinical manifestations tend to be as a result of Hyperglycaemia-Osmotic, Ketosis, Precipitants and Complications. Neurologic features commoner in HHS while Gastrointestinal manifestation suggests more of DKA Presence of fever highly suggests infection as precipitants as hypothermia is a common presentation
