Our policy is to provide comprehensive, objective information – we do not recommend any person, product, service, agency or program.

Information Available  Financial Assistance  Nutrition  Adult Day/Home Care  Transportation & Housing  Health Insurance Counseling & Hospice  Chore Service, Home Repair, Home Care  Advance Directives  Legal/Consumer Rights  Senior Centers & Support Groups  Caregiver Information We also offer community education on topics such as Medicare, Medicare Part D, SLL services and Senior Surf Day classes and distribute info at senior/health fairs.

Health Insurance Counseling  Senior LinkAge Line® is State Health Insurance & Assistance Program (SHIP) for Minnesota  Available to persons with Medicare of any age  Provides counseling via telephone or in-person at community sites or homes  Counseling provided by state-certified Senior LinkAge Line® staff and volunteers  All information is kept confidential

Health Insurance Counseling  Health insurance counselors at the Senior LinkAge Line® provide assistance with: Medicare Benefits/Eligibility Medical Assistance Health Insurance Options Long-Term Care Insurance Options Filing Insurance Claims or Appeal Completing forms and applications Prescription drug costs
