Prefer email and text messaging rather than face-to-face contact. Prefer webinars to traditional presentations. High Expectations Gen Y is confident, ambitious, and achievement oriented. Have high expectations of employers, and seek challenges, and not afraid to question authority. Attention Seekers Appreciate being kept in the loop and seek frequent praise and reassurance.8
