Key Changes Nominating Committee –Appointed by Executive Committee –At least 60 days prior to Annual Meeting –Composition unchanged (three TMMA members not officers, at least one a member of Executive Committee) –Notifies membership of its appointment within 7 days –Invites interest in candidacy or nomination of others 4

5. Key Changes Preparation of slate –Nominating Committee has month or two to prepare slate –Criteria for selection Skills Experience Demonstrated commitment –Slate may include, but not limited to, volunteers and nominees 5

Key Changes Publication of slate –Nominating Committee publishes slate to TMMA email list As soon as practicable, but Not later than one day after annual town election –Publishes substitute, if necessary, as soon as practicable –Alternative candidate will have at least several days to mount a campaign and line up support 6
