Building Cost ($70/sf) = $195,000 Design Cost = $0 Obtain Land = $175,000 Site Cost = $20,000 Permits & SDC(15%)= $50,000 Contingency (15%) = $60,000 TOTAL = $500,000

How much will it cost? Monthly Expenses (not including loans)
$570 Current vs. $411 Future ~$2,000 per year savings

How will it be managed? Team of Dayakas will oversee project.
Team will oversee the project funds. Separate project bank account. A Treasurer will be assigned. Two additional signatories. At end of construction, Team will remain for 1 year until new Committee is selected to run OBV operations. Transparency.

How long will it take? Depends on many option selected and fundraising. 1 to 2 years. 3/22 Meeting July Phase 1 Fundraising August Procure Land Jan 2016 Fundraising Complete Sept 2016? Project Complete
