Permits & SDC(15%)= $50,000
Contingency (15%) = $60,000
TOTAL = $500,000

26. How much will it cost? Monthly Expenses (not including loans)
$570 Current vs. $411 Future
~$2,000 per year savings

27. How will it be managed? Team of Dayakas will oversee project.
Team will oversee the project funds.
Separate project bank account.
A Treasurer will be assigned.
Two additional signatories.
At end of construction, Team will remain for 1 year until new Committee is selected to run OBV operations.
Transparency.

Depends on many option selected and fundraising.
