September 2013 December 2013 February 2014 April 2014 July 2014 Data Submission WEQ 008 Assessment CO 283 Report GTL CO’s Draft CO’s Development Key Assumptions: -WEQ 008 is approved by December 2013 -Agreement for funding of the Change Order required is in place by June 2014 -IDCWG SC support of the CO’s development by March 2014

Data Submission (September 2013) ◦ GTLSetGeneratorMW – 100% of the data is required. ◦ GTLSetLoadZoneMW – 100% of the data is required. ◦ GTLSetBranchflow – less than 100% of the data is required. All major tielines and major flowgate components are required – it is expected that this data is increased moving forward past September ◦ GTLSetParTap - 100% of the data is required. ◦ GTLSetDCline - 100% of the data is required. CO 283 Report (December 2013) ◦ Validate PFV against real time flows ◦ Alter modeling to minimize unaccounted flow deemed necessary. Iterate data groupings and calculation to attain acceptable unaccounted flow. WEQ-008 Assessment (February 2014) ◦ Provide BPS with update document detailing the following, Complexity of each item (Dev, Test, Implementation and Maintenance) Each system component Impact (BOF, IDC, SDX) Impact by Entity types (RC, BA, TSP, PSE, LSE) Updated IDC user manual – Detailing how IDC will behave under the given methodology. Updated SDX user manual – Detailing how SDX will look like under the given methodology.

GTL Change Order’s Draft (April 2014) ◦ Draft and agree on all required change orders needed to successfully implement the PFV methodology. ◦ CO’s must be presented to ORS and IDC Steering Committee for approval. ◦ IDCWG will work with BPS to ensure that the CO’s encompass the intent of the standards. Change Order Development (July 2014) ◦ Give OATI the “green light” to start development. ◦ Assumptions: Funding agreements are in place IDCWG, ORS and SC approval
