The Challenge: Improve the quality and safety of the water used for beverage and ice production while reducing the cost & labor requirements for maintaining the system. Quality Assurance Safety Assurance Cost Assurance
4
The Solution: An automatic self cleaning / self optimizing filtration system utilizing proprietary Ultra-filtration technology, separating the Mechanical Filtration from the Chemical Treatment media.

What’s the deal? We feed water that has been pre- processed by our ultra-filter (.02 nomial microns) prior to our low cost, large pore, taste and odor (carbon) elements Our carbon elements never clog…they are clean and free flowing upon replacement …only activity / effectiveness of the carbon elements has changed
7

Ultra filtration is not new. What makes membranes different?
24
The Multi-Bore Membrane: Superior Technology Low Water Waste: 98% Water Recovery 98% Water Recovery Consistent High Quality Water Independent of changes in water Independent of changes in water Consistent Pore Structure: Perfect barrier to microorganisms Perfect barrier to microorganisms Allows more internal surface area Eliminates Breakage: Combines single capillaries into one strong fiber Combines single capillaries into one strong fiber Made of Polyether Sulfone (PES): Highly robust Highly robust Larger Internal Surface Area Consistent Pore Structure
25
How Multi-Bore Filtration Works
26
Higher Quality at Lower Cost Ultra-Filtration produces a higher quality water for beverages than that produced by a traditional disposable submicron filter. With our system, typical pre-filtration is not necessary for highly turbid water. Protects systems down stream because have already removed the large particulates
27
TAP systems provides A higher quality of water with Virus, Bacteria, Cyst and Chlorine reduction Lower cost of operation Less costly consumables Less costly consumables Less required maintenance (Serviceman in the Box) An environmentally friendly process High Flow 10 (38 LPM) and 5 GPM (19 LPM) systems TAP-442
