2. M ISSION & V ISION The Ready Made Garment (RMG) Industries of Bangladesh has made wonderful progress in this decade. Survival in this industry needs more than ever before from all involved. It needs further planning and long-term vision. Indeed the importance of linkage industries cannot be over emphasized for the continuous growth of RMG industry in Bangladesh. Our competitors are also aware of the situation and are preparing fast for it. It is inevitable that we do the same to be in the business. Today one needs to be extra careful in terms of quality and speed, keeping the overheads at a control level. Catering to these factors will equip us to face the changes of 2007. New management concepts are also becoming increasingly important to be effective and efficient. Most of the workers are working since establishing the factory and they are same as our family members, certified fire-fighting equipments installed at key points are some of the facility provided to our employees. We are just 8 kilometers away from the Chittagong Sea Port and we have our own clearing and forwarding company with highly trained and experienced personnel to conduct the Import and Export formalities efficiently.
