During a new drivers first 2-years of driving they are considered a probationary driver. If you get 4 or more points for 2 or more violations you will have to attend probationary driving school. Cost $100 after course 3-points will be deducted. Failure to complete or additional points will result in a suspension PROBATIONARY DRIVER

Points system is a way of tracking driving behavior.
