What impact did it have? Shared understanding of growing expectations on LSPs Shared ownership of a set of recommendations Gave the LSP credibility among partners Demonstrated the worth of being at the table Created a more business-like approach

What recommendations have been made? Establish a Health Partnership and an Economic Development Partnership Widen membership Formalise terms of reference including spending protocols Improve communications Tighten up performance management processes
