5 Better Care Better Health Better Life Threads across the Lifecourse Emotional health & wellbeing Acute Needs and Long Term Conditions Disabilities and Learning Disabilities Looked After Children Youth Justice System Lifestyle – including obesity, physical exercise, substance misuse, sexual health
