All advisers were equipped with iPads and had access to Career Coach. ‘On the fly’ information advice and guidance, and in particular the solid link between courses and careers. This gave staff the ability to quickly and easily show local earnings trends and LMI data in a visually-engaging manner, which allowed the young people to understand their options and the potential impact of furthering their studies.
