Babs property RKG Exploration

Babine Camp Bell Mine, past production and reserves 160MT grading 0.45% Cu and 0.34g/t Au. Granisle Mine, past production and reserves 81MT grading 0.43% Cu. Morrison Deposit, 224.25MT proven and probable reserves grading 0.33% Cu and 0.163g/t Au and 0.004% Mo.

Babs Property Located on Babine Lake in central British Columbia. The property consists of 165 cells in 8 claims totaling 3071.25ha The area is on strike with the Old Fort showing (held by RKG Exploration), the Bell Mine (~20km NW) and the Granisle Mine (~14km NW)

History In 1991, Ralph Keefe discovered numerous sub-angular mineralized Eocene Biotite Feldspar Porphyry boulders over a 300m x 150m area. The boulders ranged in size from 10cm- 1.5m and have assayed up to 0.9% Cu and 1.3g/t Au and contained 1-4% magnetite.

Equity Silver, 1992 (ARIS 22788) Conducted float prospecting, overburden trenching, soil surveys, geophysical surveys (VLF-EM, Magnetometer and IP) and diamond drilled 322m in 7 NQ holes. Drilling focused on Mag high and IP chargeability targets. Drill holes 92-05 to 07 were only drilled a few metres into bedrock. No samples were taken.

Equity Silver Mines Ltd. Suspected the area up ice of the boulder field to be underlain by Lower Jurassic volcanic rocks and indicated that it had the best potential to host an Eocene BFP plug. Recommended exploration up ice from the boulder train to the NW and suggested a program of Reverse Circulation drilling to test bedrock.

Noranda, 1993 (ARIS 23261) Completed prospecting, float sampling, soil sampling, and diamond drilling of 2 holes totaling 200.6m. Best results from NB93-08 were 0.21% Cu from 9.0 to 19.4m in phyllic altered quartz- eye and lapilli tuff.

Noranda, 1994 (ARIS 23536) Completed geological mapping, rock sampling, soil surveys, geophysical surveys (Mag and IP). Relogging and sampling of Equity Silver’s DDH92-06 returned 0.34% Cu over the 3m of bedrock drilled. Soil surveys identified an 800m x 900m Cu-in- soils anomaly with the boulder field along the NW margin.

Noranda, 1994 Geophysical IP chargeability surveys identified an arcuate area though to be indicative of a portion of a pyrite halo. The chargeability high anomaly underlies the majority of the boulder field and extends to the east and south and has been the focus of most of the drilling to date.

IP Chargeability - Pyrite Halo? BS92-06 0.34% Cu/3m NB93-08 0.21% Cu/10.4m NB94-10 0.19% Cu/77.3m Including 0.32% Cu/11.7m

Noranda, 1994 Determined the best copper mineralization in float was associated with +/- magnetite and as disseminations and veinlets rather than with pyrite. Concluded that the argillically altered rhyolitic pyroclastic rocks that contain Cu mineralization may represent a near vent environment.

Noranda, 1994 (ARIS 23589) Completed 2 diamond drill holes totaling 196.8m. Drilling targeted IP Chargeability high, mag-low and mag-hi targets. NB94-10 returned 77.3m grading 0.19% Cu including 0.32% Cu/11.7m from quartz- eye tuff and lapilli tuffs with up to 7% pyrite.

Northern Dynasty, 1995-96 (ARIS 24560) Completed prospecting, geological mapping, rock sampling, soil surveys, geophysical (Mag and IP) and drilled 8 holes totaling 1143.3m. Extended the limits of the mineralized boulder field to 500m x 150m. Noted the discovery of some large boulders with trace magnetite and 3-4% chalcopyrite.

Northern Dynasty, 1995 B-horizon soil surveys outlined 3 significant anomalies, the Main Anomaly is NW trending and covers a 1300m x 800m area surrounding the boulder field with values up to 467ppm Cu. The Central Anomaly is NE trending and covers an 1100m x 300m area with values up to 914ppm Cu. The Northwest Anomaly is a NNE trending, 2- line anomaly with values up to 244ppm Cu.

Northern Dynasty, 1995 The majority of the drilling targeted chargeability high targets in the Main Anomaly area. 96-18 tested a subtle chargeability anomaly up ice of a float boulder found north of the Nose Bay Road. Best result from DDH 95-13 was 0.3175% Cu/13.7m

DDH95-13 0.318% Cu/13.7m

Kenrich Eskay, 2008 (private report) Completed till pitting, soil sampling, rock sampling and drilling 1048.7m in seven diamond drill holes, all within the Main Anomaly area. Best results were 0.2% Cu/85.6m from DDH08-6 in the same area as Noranda’s NB93-08 (0.21% Cu/10.4m)

Kenrich Eskay, 2008 (ARIS 30798) MMI geochemical and Geophysical (magnetic) surveys were completed by Geotronics Consulting Inc. MMI surveys outlined numerous anomalies with one target measuring 800m x 300-500m with Response Ratios to >100 x background for Cu and to >80 x background for Au, to >25 x background for Ag and Ce. This anomaly partially underlies the mineralized boulder field and is associated with a magnetic low.

MMI Response Ratios Approximate location of mineralized boulder field Response Ratios of >80 x background for Au

Kenrich Eskay, 2008 A second area of interest, identified ~2.5km up ice from the boulder field, outlined Response Ratios of >10-25 x background for Cu, Au, Ag, Zn and Ce. Cerium is indicative of an acid intrusion underlying the anomaly. This area is associated with a NE trending magnetic high 1 st derivative anomaly outlined by government airborne surveys.

Next Steps - Babs target Conduct ph and Ah sampling to focus drill targets within the 800m x 300-500m MMI anomaly. Conduct Titan 24 deep IP surveys over MMI anomalous area. Drill 8-10 (200m) holes, 1600-2000m

Next Steps – Babs North target Infill and extend grid for additional MMI or Ah and ph surveys to further outline drill targets. Conduct Titan 24 deep IP surveys over MMI anomalous areas. Drill test the 7km long magnetic target where warranted. (~2000m)
