I n t e g r i t y - S e r v i c e - E x c e l l e n c e Group or Squadron Formations Lead flight will send out the initial road guards. As other flights pass, their road guards will tap out the preceding flight’s road guards. Tapping out another flight, but not in a formation with them FLT/CC will ask the other FLT/CC (flight in the road) for permission to tap out their road guards. If granted, road guards and FLT/CC will tap out other road guards and FLT/CC. (FLT/CC will be the first in the road even in this formation) No more than 3 individual flights, or one squadron, will cross intersections at one time when one or more vehicles are waiting.
