3. 3 Assembly of protect frame Using the two hexagon- headed screws, attach the rear bar according to the stencil length. Tighten them. Rear bar must be parallel to the rear frame profile. ZelFlex QR V1.00 © 2009

4. 4 Assembly of protect frame Unwind the nuts from the stretching screws by about 10 mm. ZelFlex QR V1.00 © 2009

5. 5 Assembly of protect frame Remove the holding bars from the rear clamping and front stretching bars. ZelFlex QR V1.00 © 2009

6. 6 Remove the holding bars in 3 steps : Step 1 – Press the holding bar down Step 2 - Move the holding bar to the right direction Step 3 – Remove the holding bar ZelFlex QR V1.00 © 2009

7. 7 Assembly of protect frame Remove holdings bars and place them in front of and behind the frame. ZelFlex QR V1.00 © 2009

8. 8 Place the stencil to the pins on the rear clamping bar. ZelFlex QR V1.00 © 2009

10. 10 Close the rear holding bar in 3 steps : Step 1 – Place the holding bar to the rear clamping bar Step 2 - Press down the holding bar and move it to the left. Step 3 - Release the holding bar. ZelFlex QR V1.00 © 2009
