3 AUDIO Click on the insert tab Choose the Audio button and select Audio from file option Navigate to your folder where you stored your music, select and insert it Use the playback tab to format your music Remember that fading your music in and out sounds better Decide if you want your music to play “Automatically “ when you switch to the slide or if you want to start it - “On-Click” Choose “rewind after playing” so the sound is ready to play again automatically Make your audio button discrete on your slide

4 Video from the web: Click on the insert tab Find the video that you want on the internet Right click the video and “copy embedded code” Click the Insert tab Choose the Video button and select video from web site “Insert a video from web site“ pops up…right click and paste the code in the box, then click insert. You can format just like a picture Use the playback tab to format for on-click or automatic Be sure to rewind after playing so that the video is ready to replay. Video from your file: Click on the insert tab Choose the Video button and select Audio from file option Navigate to your folder where you stored your video, select and insert it Use the playback tab to format your video Decide if you want your music to play “Automatically “ when you switch to the slide or if you want to start it - “On-Click” Choose “rewind after playing” so the sound is ready to play again automatically VIDEO
