Federal Acquisition Service U.S. General Services Administration Consolidation of the Furniture Schedules Affects all MAS 71 and 72 schedules with the exception of MAS 71 II K All contracts that are not small business set- asides will be consolidated under a single contract number All SINs will be migrated to the one contract number

Federal Acquisition Service U.S. General Services Administration Which contract will be the primary? Contract will the longest end date will be the primary contract by schedule Contracts currently under evergreen negotiations should continue as the approved contract will have the longest end date If there is a contract number that a vendor would like to have as the primary, contact IWAC immediately to discuss. All requests to consolidate under a particular contract number must be submitted by July 1, 2009

Federal Acquisition Service U.S. General Services Administration Consolidation Timeline The 1649 form for this action has been submitted A listing of consolidated contract numbers is being refined Final listing of contracts will be submitted NLT July 3, 2009 Consolidated contracts will be in effect on October 1, 2009

Federal Acquisition Service U.S. General Services Administration Standardization of Contract Clauses Review of all IWAC contract clauses began last fall Final list of clauses was submitted for approval in December 2009 ALL IWAC SCHEDULES WILL STANDARDIZE ON THE UPDATED SET OF CLAUSES Effective date for change is October 1, 2009

Federal Acquisition Service U.S. General Services Administration Summary There will be only two furniture schedules effective October 1, 2009 MAS 71 Office Furniture MAS 71 Furnishings and Floor Coverings This does not affect MAS 71 II K, 36, 58 I, 78 A single contract number per schedule unless it is a small business set aside contract Vendors must contact IWAC if there is a contract number preference by July 1, 2009 Clauses for all IWAC schedules will be standardized effective October 1, 2009
