4  Children & Youth whose behaviour has brought them into contact with the RCMP  Children & Youth who are struggling and the adults around them are concerned  Parents looking for resources to assist them in finding the appropriate agencies for their needs

6  TAKE NO FURTHER ACTION  GIVE A WARNING  LAY CHARGES WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROGRAM THERE IS NOW A 4 TH OPTION:  DIVERT TO THE CHILD & YOUTH INTERVENTION PROGRAM
