Floor Plan July Confirm Map Connections August Phone Fax machine Copier Printer Computer Collected the information will be compiled A breakdown by each site with it’s map will be given back to the sites to be reviewed for accuracy. Sign off from each site that the team captured all the current phones in the building and tested a network drop for the new VOIP phone to plug into. Confirm when there is no network drop where the current phone is. 90% of the time phone drops are nothing more than cat 5 cable with an RJ45 drop with an RJ11 phone jack plugged in. If the line will pass the 1GB test then we can use that line for the new phone. If not a new network drop will have to be run and tested.
