7. Provided Information pack about Birmingham Children’s Hospital Flights (so as parents didn’t have any upfront costs) Accommodation (so as parents didn’t have any upfront costs) Text messages Phone calls to check that accommodation was ok and they were ok Arranging transfer back to BELFAST

8. o Updating information booklets which, Sarah has been helping with o Providing a tablet which I am developing informal presentation of other hospital to show parents o I would value any input parent have that were both positive and negative about experiences they have had o Booking flight and accommodation
