2 A windmill works by the blades spinning from the wind spinning the rotor creating electricity. The electricity is created because the magnets are spinning. A windmill looks difficult but is really easy. Just a big tower with blades on it spinning with a rotor connected to the blades.

3 The picture below shows the amount of wind energy all countries use. The U.S.A uses 20.8% of the world.

4 The pros of a wind turbine is that it is renewable, so we will never run out of it. One turbine can power 600 U.S homes. It can generate that much electricity for 600 house’s. And the cost of a turbine is very low. The cons of a wind turbine is that manufacture of a turbine requires heavy upfront investments. And the noise of the turbine causes neighbor complains.
