Success Factors E-skills training is an urgent issue in the country in view of employability and e-government development – Governments need to address the issue and do it efficiently – Employers need skilled workers but do not have funds for their training – Local training providers need standardized curriculum and the credible program acknowledged by employers and students – Local organizations need to stay upfront in the newest trends to fight for the funding, support and recognition – Students (beneficiaries) need training for their work and life
