Carousel Exercise l Assign a group recorder l TASK: Identify essential elements of each discipline that leaders must consider when initiating change l Approximately 4 minutes per discipline

Shared Vision Questions to consider: l How does this video clip fit with the identified elements of shared vision in the carousel activity? l What has to happen to attain a shared vision? l What role does a leader play in this process?

Team Learning Questions to consider: l What steps did the team use to achieve their goal? l What components have to be in place for team learning to occur? l What role does a leader play in this process?
