The following presentation highlights the exceptional control this module provides for events associated with repair station control and management. Please note: although this program will work for you out of the box, we specialize in customizing our versions to fit your needs and work flow; not only is it affordable, it’s the right thing to do.

Create Work Package. Enter ‘deck’ of cards. Check parts and special tools (action hot sheets, order parts, etc.) On AC arrival, start issuing & managing cards. Meet or beat Return To Service projection!

Select type of check – (from catalog). Determine NRC ratio. Enter number of employees per shift Enter number of shifts per day. Enter number of hours per day. Enter Flat Rate. Enter aircraft acceptance date. System calculates RTS and ETOS.

Attach electronic doc’s such as.pdf,.doc,.xls, txt,.dwr, etc. Create HOT SHEET for parts and tools. –For each task system tracks: Parts on order & expected delivery date. Parts issued to task. Accumulated employee hours and parts cost. Percent complete.

Accumulated parts cost including markup. Parts & Tools Hot Sheet. Percent complete. Days remaining to RTS. –Planning prioritizes, sorts and prints work cards. If task has electronic documentation, it will print along with the work card.

Authorized Release Certificate – Form 8130-3. Application for Airworthiness Certificate – Form 8130-6. Preapplication Statement of Intent – Form 8400-6. –Forms are printed ready to submit to FAA. Other forms available on request.
