27. Reading Batch Numbers Basically all batch numbers contain the same information: The year the entry was added to the record, the Julian date, and the coder ID number. For example: “93242126” means that the entry was added in 1993 on the 242nd day of the year by coder 126.

28. More on Batch Numbers Not all batch numbers look the same, but they break down basically the same way. –For example: “4096LA” means the entry was added in 1994 on the 96th day of the year by coder LA. –“99160B50” means the entry was added in 1999 on the 160th day of the year by office B50.

30. Hardship Reinstatement Authorization The hearing officer will advise the customer to inform the DL Examiner that the authorization has been added to their record. Examiner will check the correspondence section of the driving record for this information.
