Fire Superiority Fire with greater effect than that of the enemy because of its greater accuracy and volume, making possible advances against the enemy without heavy losses. Game of Chicken

Suppression Suppressive fire is a fire that degrades the performance of a target below the level needed to fulfill its mission.

Fix Fix is a tactical mission task where a commander prevents the enemy from moving any part of his force from a specific location for a specific period. This may occur by engaging him to prevent his withdrawal for use elsewhere, or by using deception, such as transmitting false orders.
