FUNDAMENTAL #4 ■ Nonrenewal of CCL teacher ▫ Superintendent/CEO ▫ Written Notice ▫ Intention to Recommend Nonrenewal to Teacher and School Board ▫ Written Statement of Reasons ▫ Access to Teacher’ s Employment Records ▫ Opportunity for Hearing/Representation ▫ Notice Provided to Teacher by Certified Mail w/Return Receipt; Personal Delivery w/Receipt; or Affidavit of Personal Service Delivery w/Receipt; or Affidavit of Personal Service ▫ Written Notice Given on or before April 15, 2014
