2. Purpose and Outcome To provide District leadership with an overview and structure for developing written processes to ensure District oversight of Federal Programs Participants will Leave with a complete sample process identify a process their District needs And initiate its development

3. Districts are responsible for at least fifteen written processes to ensure oversight of federal programs

4. The Happy Path The Happy Path provides a broad overview of the steps required to ensure the implementation of an ideal process. It involves a sequence of activities executed if everything goes as expected.
