2 Remove blast tube to check: Correct electrodes position Air nozzle position Fuel nozzle condition

3 Electrodes maintenance Unscrew the 2 screws Unscrew the two screws Extract the electrodes unit Disconnect the unit from the high voltage cables High voltage connection

4 Fuel nozzle maintenance Unscrew 3 screws Unscrew the three screws Remove the “cup”

5 Fuel nozzle maintenance Loosen the screw with the 2 mm hexagon wrenche

6 Remove the air nozzle Fuel nozzle maintenance

7 PTC maintenance Remove the sleeve “clicson” and electrical heating (PTC 150W) 4 screws Unscrews the 4 screws with 5 mm hexagon wrenche

8 Remove the nozzle holder unit Disconnect from hydraulic circuit Disconnect electrical connections PTC maintenance suggested
