Pre-flight checklist Check for others on your channel. Check canopy is mounted securely. Unfold blades. Ensure the tail rotor is straight. Check your tail belt tension (if your heli has one). Check gyroscope is securely mounted. Expand transmitter antenna. Turn on transmitter, model / channel OK, transmitter battery OK. Range test transmitter. Idle up off, check switch positions on transmitter. "Normal“ flight phase on. Throttle stick at lowest position, throttle hold, throttle trim. Close (pinch) fuel line. Fill fuel tank. Check fuel line and pressure line (leak or damaged fuel tube). Nitro Electric Keep away every person being too close to the model. Keep transmitter within reach, keep antenna away from tail rotor. Plug the battery into the model. 3 Turn on receiver, check channel and receiver battery voltage.

Pre-flight checklist (Next) Wait for gyro to initialize. Check gyro is working, heading hold activated. Check command on each axis. Keep away every person being too close to the model. Open fuel line. Keep transmitter within reach, keep antenna away from tail rotor. Idle up off, check switch positions on transmitter. "Normal“ flight phase on. Throttle stick at lowest position, throttle hold, throttle trim. Hold the head of the helicopter firmly with one hand. Connect glow warmer. Use the starter with your other hand. Start engine. Remove glow warmer. Adjust engine idle. 4 Nitro Electric

Pre-flight checklist (End) 5 Nitro Electric Set Throttle Hold on before to move the heli. Hold the heli by blade grips. Put the heli on the ground, facing the wind. Walk away about 17 feet and stand directly behind the heli (tail rotor facing you). Keep away every person: people must be behind the pilot. Put in rotation the rotor only when there is no danger. Check there is no vibration, check tracking and engine performance.
6
Post-flight checklist 6 Engine stopped, blades stopped. Leave the runway. Turn off transmitter. Set channel available for others. Inspect main blades and tail rotor blades (impacts, cracks). Inspect all linkage rods. Check tightening, looseness. Check all parts are well fixed, not worn out, broken or cracked. Check gears are not worn out. Store in cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. Nitro Electric Clean residue. Check receiver battery voltage. Empty fuel tank. Burn the fuel remaining in the engine. Close (pinch) fuel line. Turn off receiver. Unplug battery in the model. Check battery state.
