8 8 Helpful Hints Online Banking for Business Main entry point to access BMO Treasury Management Services BWB Bank identifies the customer contact that will perform the Customer Administrator functions: –Establishing new Users, –Assigning account access and product functionality –Resetting passwords Provide Customer Administrator Name and Challenge Word Account information, account transfers and stop payment functions can be performed only on BMO domestic accounts Electronic Funds Transfer Credit applications require a settlement risk line; BWB Bank must advise BMO Sales of the credit amount allocated to the application Considerations for calculation of credit requirement: –Frequency of file delivery –Maximum dollar value of file(s)

9 9 Helpful Hints Tax Payment Client must be set up with Online Banking for Business - Tax Payment is a self-registering service Tax payments must be submitted the day before value Account must be funded or payment will reject Overdraft line is required to cover total amount of Tax payments Considerations for calculation of overdraft –Total dollar value of combined payments that would occur on any given day Advise BMO Sales of the overdraft line allocated Zero balancing will occur to fund the overdraft line as required
