Memo to Governor/Mayor Summarize change (including where it is in the model) Show your PMs with the suggested plan, Simbase, and FFMP Provide some text to describe performance—if you tried other things that didn’t work as well, you can also report that here Discuss your next steps—is there any more refinement for your PMs (preferably not), which stakeholder groups do you think might be hurt by these changes, etc.

3. Once you submit memo Be sure to put the name of your run in the memo I will put your suggested alternative into everyone else’s folder I will post your reports on Blackboard--read everyone else’s for Week 11 class Start borrowing ideas to piece together an alternative to submit to negotiations
