2 Name three things you learned about CAR tonight. After hearing part of the story tonight, what types of things do you take for granted each day? Sometimes hearing the hardships in the world is overwhelming. Yet, programs like the Village Savings and Loan make a world of difference to not only an individual, but to his/her family and community as well. Consider this quote. “To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world.” What does this mean to you?

How would the ability to provide for yourself make a difference? If you were her daughter, how would you use the opportunity? Who helped you or your friends through that time? Ornella and Frederick face challenges as youth growing up and leading in the CAR. Hearing the hardships in the world is overwhelming. Consider this quote. “To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world.” What does this mean to you?
