8. 8 Planning Dates July – Set the date and time at annual Pack planning conference Sept-Oct: – Recruit committee sub-chairs for: Physical arrangements Invitations Program Dinner Nov: – Locations selected and reservations made – Subcommittees start work – Book speakers, special guests if necessary

9. 9 January – Week 1 B&G committee meets with Den Leaders to give directions for decorations, programs, invite info, etc. Dinner committee decisions made Entertainment booked or assigned
