4 PDF Conversions? No Problem Whether you need a word document converted to a PDF for a downloadable eBook, or if you have PDFs that need conversion to Word without forfeiting the formatting, I can take care of it. I can create beautiful PDFs, and edit most existing PDFs effortlessly.

5 Excel Expert Excel is an AWESOME tool. Unless you don’t know how to use it or what it can do. I can create an Excel Spreadsheet that works the way you want it to. For this spreadsheet, the client required a Cash Flow Projection tool. I designed it with multiple pages, with bank balance calculated per transaction. Functioning included typing something on one page and it automatically posted on another page. This helped the client predict what his back balance would be months from now, based on current activity.

6 Overseeing Web Design Whether you need someone to oversee web development, hire a good programmer/designer/coder, quality test programmed work, or just someone with a good eye for design, I have extensive experience in overseeing web development. I have even put a few sites together myself, but I had tools. Here is a page from a full site I put together recently. (Not yet live.) I would not call myself an HTML expert or a web programmer. I do, however, know the basics and can help myself when needed. I have also been responsible for designing a mobile app from scratch (wireframe design only). I was responsible for planning the structure page-by-page of the app, do basic designs and work remotely with a programmer. I also have strong experience in SEO-focused writing.

7 Sales Expert For one client, after a complete analysis of sales in 1ShoppingCart, I doubled Sales over the year before. What is more is I did it in only 6 months.

8 Email Marketing Aficionado AutoResponder Email Blasts I am an excellent writer, and I can also think on my feet. A recent client not only used me frequently for writing call-to-action, captivating, winning Sales and Newsletters (in addition to being the full-fledged business manager), but in a crunch needed someone to convert the text-only newsletter to a graphic newsletter. I figured out to do it in a single afternoon, producing beautiful graphic newsletters in Aweber and GetResponse, ready for a promotion the client was planning. Even though I have not worked with other autoresponders and email marketing campaigns such as MailChimp, I am smart, creative, and suck up new information like a sponge because it is fun. I can learn almost anything on the fly.

For me, job satisfaction is 10 % from income so I can make ends meet and 90% laying my head down tonight after a job well done. Coworkers and Superiors like to work with me because I know the importance of being a team player. When I say I can make an immediate difference in your organization or company, I have the track record to back it up.

11 You Get What You Pay For If you’ve been hiring on Elance for a while, I am sure you know exactly what I mean with this statement. The best person for the job is almost never the lowest bidder. Personally, I don’t bid on anything lower than $15 an hour. Compared to the equivalent in a traditional office, it is less than half of what a client will pay for a similar caliber worker. FINE PRINT: Perhaps now would be a great time to mention that I am not only proactive, positive, a great manager, and motivational with superiors, coworkers, subordinates and customers alike, but I also have a wicked sense of humor
