The first person stamps with the right foot 4times with the heel on the ground, in a sitting position on a chair.

The other person repeats the same thing.

After that both stamp 4 times together.

Then both stamp right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left.

Then both take out there feet to the side and the knees towards each other.

And then put your feet and knees together in a sitting position.

Then the right foot goes forward and stops on the heel and the left foot goes back and lands on the toes.

In the next position you go down on your left knee.

Then you spin up to the right so you are standing straight
