11. MAIN PROPOSED WORKS FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2011-12  To implement Sports Schemes a total outlay of j 2482.91 lacks has been proposed under District sector, State sector, SCSP & TSP.  To develop sports infrastructure in urban areas, it is aimed to create playing facilities in each district of the state.  To train boys and girls in different disciplines, proposals have been made.  It is proposed to provide number of tournaments to boys and girls in each district for competitive experience and also to prepare them for higher competitions.  It is proposed to honor National and International level players financially.  It is also proposed to provide Sports Kit to the players participating in various National Championships.
