Each screen has a table that is like a mini database. 4 Functionality of Links and Tables Create a link with a simple drag –drop of a web address or an internal file name- File types include- MS Office, charts, reports, PDFs, documents, pictures, news sources, saved searches Each multiple item button has a dropdown list and can support 25 or more linked items Links to information sources Tables Embedded in Screens Design Options for Tables Number of columns, type of data, width, and column label Number of rows, lines per row, and the column to sort on Each cell in a table is treated as a field A zoomed cell can have several pages of text Each cell can have multiple linked references Contents of a table can be easily downloaded to Excel or Word.
