2 How Do I Know I Have Inner Peace Signs of Inner Peace Think and speak spontaneously from our true, divine self and our values rather than from fears, anxiety and guilt based on past experiences Ability to be fully present and enjoy each moment A loss of interest in judging self & other people A loss of interest in interpreting the actions of others A loss of interest in conflict A loss of ability of worry or anxiety Frequent, overwhelming episodes of appreciation Contented feelings of connectedness with self, others & nature Frequent smiling An increasing tendency to allow things to happen rather than make them happen An increased susceptibility to love extended by others and the uncontrollable urge to extend it
