Experian Public Legal warnings  Legal warnings include new public record filings, including bankruptcies, judgments, and tax liens. Payment warnings  There are two types of payment warnings: Increasing Late and Payment Performance. These triggers are created each week as changes occur, compared to the prior week’s file. Derogatory warnings  Derogatory warnings are based on new data added to the company’s record since the prior week. Types of information that will generate a derogatory warning include: ► Derogatory information supplied by Experian’s Data Suppliers ► Derogatory information supplied by collection agencies ► Payment information recently supplied by a Data Supplier which meets your customized criteria.
