Commonwealth Investment SS Act 1 of 2008 The Alternative Energy Investment Act $92.5 MM for Consumer Energy Conservation - Targeted for Residential and Small Business - A mix of loans, grants and rebates - Up to 25% of project costs

Commonwealth Investment SS Act 1 of 2008 The Alternative Energy Investment Act $100 MM SUNSHINE PROGRAM -loans, grants and rebates -35 percent of the costs residential consumers and small businesses for solar energy technology

Commonwealth Investment SS Act 1 of 2008 The Alternative Energy Investment Act - $165 MM for loans and grants to spur the development of alternative and renewable (except solar) energy projects - $80 MM in grants and loans for economic development projects in the solar sector

Commonwealth Investment SS Act 1 of 2008 The Alternative Energy Investment Act - $40 MM to the Ben Franklin Technology Development Authority to support early stage activities, such as incubator support services - $40 MM ($10 million annually for four years) to support LIHEAP -$50 MM in tax credits of up to $1 million a year per project for developing and building alternative energy projects -$5 MM to support an Energy Efficiency Loan Fund through the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency

EECBG: Conservation Works! Current status $22.2 million awarded to 103 projects for local governments and non-profits. Over $11 Million in grant funding has been advanced to grantees to date, ranking PA 1 st nationwide in EECBG funds spent. Project Progress: – 12 projects are completed; – Fourteen projects are 75% or greater completed; and – Nearly 40% of all other projects are more than 50% completed
